We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned with original packaging (if applicable)

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items made to order with names, dates, or custom designs

  • Final sale or clearance items

To start a return, please contact us first with your order number.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💵 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection

Important notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is returned and inspected

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds


⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Requests submitted after 5 days from delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
