How will my Embroidery/Customization be performed

• Embroidery examples shown in the customizer on our website are not to scale

• Embroidery examples shown in the customizer on our website do not reflect the text entered or embroidery color selected

• All embroidered pieces are final sale

• Please allow 5-10 days for production of these customized items

 What are the embroidery size limitations?

Please refer to each unique product detail for size and characteristics of embroidery. Some smaller items can only accommodate a smaller phrase or text.

If your name / phrase is longer - name might appear smaller. We will practice our best judgement to make all orders look AMAZING! But embroidery sizes may differ slightly based on characters.

Embroidery/Customization is final - no returns.

If I order embroidery and non-embroidery pieces will they all ship together?

YES. All items within a single order will be shipped together.

This is most efficient for our store and most eco-friendly for the planet :)
